‘Lisa’s exceptional understanding of the technical elements of voice work has helped me through my career as an actor. Her ability to improve resonance, variation and vocal intensity without damaging the voice box is essential for anyone whether in business or performance.’

‘I came to my training at LAMDA with a voice that was high, somewhat breathy and did not have much carrying power. I had a great deal of jaw tension and a tendency to speak so quickly that I would often gabble and be incoherent to the listening audience. Lisa helped me to free my voice and I now feel liberated in the way I communicate.  My voice has become a powerful tool, flexible and adaptable, resonant and grounded and I can now truthfully communicate in any situation on stage.’

‘I have really benefited from the vocal techniques that I learnt from Lisa both as a teacher and a Mum. I used to find my voice would get hoarse at the end of a long day teaching, working with secondary school children. Lisa taught me how I could use my voice safely in a large environment where I had to raise it frequently over the shouts of the children. After a number of sessions, I found my voice had gained strength and power. I learnt how to use my breath to serve me and most of all I felt confident because I was now in charge of my class rather than them in charge of me. It has made a big difference in my working life and I am happy to say, works equally effectively at home.’
